Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data we collect when you write through the form on this site, what we use it for and how you can ask us to delete it. It is published in compliance with the applicable personal data protection rules.
Who handles your data
Outrix Intelligence is the data controller. Write to hola@outrixintelligence.com about anything concerning your personal data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, email, company (optional) and the message. Alongside it we store when you accepted this notice, which version of the text you accepted, the language of the page you wrote from and a hashed version of your IP address. We never store the IP in the clear.
What we use it for
To reply to your message and follow up on the conversation you start. We do not use it for third-party advertising and we do not sell it. The hashed IP exists only to limit automated submissions.
Who we share it with
The providers that make the form work: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and anti-spam verification). Each one processes the data only on our instruction and to provide that service.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is useful to either side, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct or delete your data, and withdraw the consent you gave, by writing to hola@outrixintelligence.com. We answer within the deadlines the law sets. You may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
